How do I book a taxi?

How can I pay?

Does the driver speak English?

• Yes, our drivers speak English.

How do I find the driver at the airport?

• Our driver will be waiting at the airport, at the arrivals, holding a sign with your name.

What if I cannot find the driver?

• Call our driver directly.
• Go to the information point. Our drivers have instructions after one hour of waiting to go there and call you by name.

What if my flight is canceled or early?

• Our drivers are monitoring the flights. If there is a long delay, we recommend that you let us know. If you missed the plane, please call us immediately in order to facilitate you properly.

Are there anymore additional costs?

• The price includes the first hour of waiting. Additional costs may occur for extra waiting according to the pricelist.

Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

• Prices are in the majority per vehicle unless it is agreed otherwise.

What type of service do I get?

• Yes, a baby seat is provided at no charge upon request.

How many passengers are allowed in a taxi?

• According to the Greek law, a taxi may carry up to 4 passengers. The price is fixed for a route and it does not change because of the amount of passengers.

Is your company licensed?

• Of course, our company has all the necessary licenses to transfer passengers.
